Initiating Electronic Document Discovery
At inception, your IDM Expert works with you to define the scope of your eDiscovery matter. This process allows us to:- Develop the most cost-effective and predictable pricing model so you can manage costs and eliminate surprises
- Assist with the data collection process, utilizing best practices that will withstand challenges from opposing counsel
- Analyze data and provide pre-processing reports that identify the type and volume of case data
- Evaluate processing options, including determining settings for de-duplication, filtering, and image rendering
- Analyze proposed keyword search terms to eliminate obstacles and provide recommendations for highly effective searching
- Develop a review strategy that includes manpower requirements
