The Right Platform for Your Case
IDM recognizes that the demands of document review require different solutions based on your case needs.
IDM offers three levels of hosting solutions, allowing users to search and review documents for electronic discovery, litigation support, due diligence and regulatory compliance:
- For large document collections and multi-party reviews, IDM partners with Catalyst Repository Systems to deliver enhanced document hosting of image and native files. Catalyst CR provides:
- Early Case Assessment tools and interactive culling enable case team access to
- Identify and asses key custodians
- Explore email communications among key custodians
- Test and sample search terms
- Adjust collection strategies and review legal hold issues
- Bulk code documents as responsive or not responsive
- Foreign language support including on-the-fly search term translations
- Multi stage linear review workflows ensure no document passes through to the next stage until it has been affirmatively released by the assigned reviewer. Quality Control stages can be set up as part of the review process and batches can be assigned to a second level reviewer for either full or limited review of coding decisions.
- Documents can be assigned to specific reviewers during each stage of review (responsiveness, QC, privilege and/or issue coding).
- Family and duplicate documents can be coded for responsiveness with just a click. Catalyst offers the flexibility of allowing the users to choose whether to code the family or code individually. When appropriate, your IDM Expert can lock down this functionality to assure consistent coding
- Privileged documents can be redacted online with multiple custom redaction sets. Multiple custom redactions and/or the creation of a privilege log that can be exported directly from the review platform are standard features.
- Productivity reports can be generated on-the-fly

- Need a Native Review tool with a focus on quick, efficient production review? IDM offers a Citrix®-based secure web-based tool for linear, multi-staged review of documents in native applications. Documents and attachments can be coded quickly with multiple short cut keys, easy to understand color coding and built in tagging conflict validations. This tool can be extremely cost effective since it is designed for fast review and not for long term hosting.
- If you use an in-house review platform, IDM can remotely load data to your system as it becomes available. IDM maintains strong partner relationships with Concordance-Lexis and IPRO, and routinely helps our clients make informed product purchase decisions. In addition, IDM offers highly qualified training on any of our partner's software products.
